I actually found this quite difficult to watch, but was glad that you guys offered to help her.. And i agree with what Xand said, rather not wash at all than have to carry that weight.. And my friend actually attempted - yes i know foolish thing to do - to try carrying his bookbag that way to see what it's like and oh dear, he sure looked like he was in pain.. Perhaps you need some sort of notice saying "do not try this at home" for people like him..
