Insomnia is something we'll probably all suffer from at some point during our lives, whether it's due to stress, hormones or the joy of a new baby. But there are plenty of natural remedies that can help you get a good night's sleep. Lavender has been used for thousands of years for sleeping disorder thanks to its volatile oils which help relax the whole nervous system. These herbs will be the active ingredient for one of our remedies - a "Lavender and chamomile sleep balm". Lavender is also one of the ingredients for another insomnia remedy - the "Herbal sleep pillow", whilst "Passionflower and lemon balm tea" form the basis for a third remedy.
