Insomnia cured by lavender oil

contributed by melmorris72 25 Jan | 16:18

Following a burgulary I was having trouble sleeping and had improtant exams coming up. I went to my GP expecting to be prescribed sleeping pills but instead he told me to buy some lavender oil, add a few drops mixed in milk to my evening bath and a few drops to my pillow. That night I slept like a log – I was amazed how the oil just seemed to quieten my mind and allow restful sleep.
