Menthol and Eucalyptus
A fantastic pharmacist once recommended ‘menthol and eucalyptus suspension’ instead of my usual branded mentholly inhalation when I had a nasty head cold. It cost pence and worked much more effectively – you have to ask the chemist for it but they almost always have it.
