This balm is very uplifting and very good for nervous exhaustion. Rosemary contains camphor, which is really good at bringing blood to the surface, therefor very good at improving circulation. Rosemary is also very good for treating dehydration headaches. Cardamom is very good respiratory oil as it opens the lungs and help boost circulation while grapefruit gives a fresh boosting aroma.

Ingredients
100 ml of rosemary infused oil
100 ml olive oil
25 gr of beeswax
25 drops grapefruit essential oil
25 drops cardamom essential oil
25 drops rosemary essential oil

Preparation
Firstly, you need to infuse the oil – take a sealable jar and pack it tightly with rosemary, then pour over a good quality vegetable oil. Leave in the sunlight for up to 2 weeks, strain and store in a dark glass bottle.

Now let’s make the balm base; start placing  100 ml of rosemary infused oil in a glass bowl.

Then add 100 ml olive oil or any other carrier oil like sesame or almond oil.
Add 25 gr beeswax and place on top of a pot of boiling water, so it’ll melt to create the balm base. This will take around 5 minutes.

Take the glass bowl off the pan, wait for the oil to cool down a little, but don’t let it set.

Then add 25 drops each of rosemary, grapefruit and cardamom essential oils.

Pour it in a glass jar and within 5 minutes it will start to set and will be ready to use. Just rub it into sore joints before, during and after flying and you’ll notice the difference.

The balm will last for up to 2 months.
