Homemade ice tea to prevent dehydration

contributed by bruxonama 03 Apr | 19:23

Following advice from medical personnel, I recently prepared a nice ice tea at home. I gave it to my son to drink as he was feverish and refusing to eat and drink anything. It seems it is good to prevent dehydration.

1 litre of water

1 table spoon of sugar

1/2 tea spoon of salt

1 tea bag of black tea

Mix the sugar and salt in cold water. Then dip the tea bag in the water for a few minutes just to give it a bit of color.
