Mental disorders
I can remember being told that a tea made from chamomile leaves was good for mental disorders as well as sleep disorders because it had a calming action on the body.add comment
Do you know of any alternative approaches? Are you aware of any similar ones?

i have tried chamomile but i don't like the taste, and drinking tea at bedtime makes me need the loo in the middle of the night and that means i have to wake up and then cant fall back asleep again.
